Don’t plan to spend all your days wine tasting in Sonoma’s Valley of the Moon if staying at Kenwood Inn and Spa. It’s one of those places you don’t want to leave.
After biking in Sonoma’s wine country, we loved cooling off in the pool at Madrona Manor. Built in 1881, the romantic inn is perhaps the best B&B in the area.
Old “Gassy Jack” would be proud. Since he opened a saloon in 1867 in Gastown, Vancouver, the area has grown to become the city’s trendiest neighborhood!
It’s just a gentle 10-minute walk through the forest to Brandywine Falls, which thunder down a staggering 220-foot steep-sided gorge near Whistler.
